About Toni
Toni Kelich was born in southern California; she spent her early years bouncing between California, Oregon, and Idaho, before she and her mother finally settled in Hillsboro, Oregon. Toni graduated with her Associate of Applied Science in Journalism from Mt. Hood Community College in 2002, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Portland State University in 2004. Needing a break from the rainclouds, Toni opted to go to law school on the east coast and earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Newark School of Law in 2010.
While in law school Toni clerked at the American Friends Service Committee Immigrant Rights Program. Toni worked on asylum cases, removal/deportation issues, family based immigration and adjustment of status petitions, as well as cases involving unaccompanied minors, and victims of domestic abuse and other crimes.
Toni understands that immigration law is complex and difficult to navigate, even for attorneys. Toni will work hard to help you resolve your immigration matters.
